PROCSET (Target Processor Set)

The PROCSET (Target Processor Set) command sets the target processor set of jobs and tasks. The target processor set represents the set of processors that the job or task executes on, provided that the processor set is active. If the target processor set is not active, the job or task continues to execute on the standard processor set.

Syntax

<processor set ID>

Explanation

<mix number list> PROCSET STD: <custom processor set number>

Assigns the numeric value that corresponds to the STD: <custom processor set number> processor set to the TARGETPROCSET task attribute of the jobs or tasks in the <mix number list.>

Example

This command sets the TARGETPROCSET attribute of job or task 49841 to 1, which is the numeric value that corresponds to STD:1. Note that no response appears for this command.
