The DMSDELAY (Set DMSDELAY to Zero) command sets the DMSDELAY value associated with the specified task to 0 (zero). The DMSDELAY value is determines whether a task is artificially held or delayed for work load management purposes during the processing of database operations. The value 0 means that the task is not restricted.
