Tasks that are DSed because of failed verification display a HISTORYREASON of VERIFYFAILEDV (value=169) and the following error message:
MSRIPC109: CODEFILE FAILED VERIFICATION.
Additionally, the SUMLOG includes the following system log records to display codefile verification failures, and the associated error or warning:

Major Type 6, Minor Type 4 (Security Violation Entry)
This log record displays a security violation related to codefile verification.
This occurs when the CODEVERIFYCHECK security option is set to REQUIRED or CONDITIONAL and the codefile’s verification data is invalid.

Major Type 6, Minor Type 16 (Security Relevant Warning)
This log record displays a security warning related to codefile verification.
This occurs when the CODEVERIFYCHECK security option is set to MIGRATION and only the SEG0 verification data is invalid.

Major Type 19, Minor Type 47 (MCP Codefile Verification)
This log record displays diagnostic information created when the MCP generates a codefile checksum or attempts to verify a checksum.
This occurs when the SIG diagnostic option is set using the DO + SIG system command.
