Unable to Open Cryptography or User Realms Database

The Security Center database holds the MCP environment key and certificate information in the MCP Cryptographic Services logical database and holds user realm information in the realms logical database. When the Security Center database is initialized, the *SECURITYCENTERGF guard file for the database is initialized.

The file SYMBOL/SECURITYCENTERGF is created under the MCP usercode on the disk specified for the database, and access is granted to the MCP Cryptographic Services logical database. If other security administrators need access to the MCP Cryptographic Services logical database, then the guard file symbol must be updated and reapplied to the database.
