Before installing new MCP software with an existing Security Center database (SECURITYCENTERDB), use the Export function of the Security Center MMC snap-in to save all keys, certificates, and realm information. After software installation and activation, you can use the Import function to restore the keys, certificates, and realm information, if necessary.
Install the latest version of the Security Center MMC snap-in files prior to installing the MCP components.
If the Security Center database is in use during the installation, a list of programs using the database is displayed. If SYSTEM/KMAPI/SUPPORT is the only program in this list, enter <mix#>AX OK when asked if it should be automatically disabled. For other programs, terminate them as shown

SYSTEM/SECURITYCENTER
Disconnect any Security Center sessions at workstations. Enter <mix> DS to terminate any remaining copies.

LOCUM/SAFELIB
Enter <mix> AX CLOSE.

SYSTEM/REALMSUPPORT
Terminate any JBOSS users, and if necessary, enter <mix> THAW or <mix> DS.

SYSTEM/RBACSUPPORT
Enter <mix> THAW or <mix> DS.
An Enterprise Database Server Open Error 11/41/0 (Version Mismatch) might occur if you install Security Center with the database open.
