WEBPCM configuration is part of the CCF parameters file (the default name is *SYSTEM/COMS/CCF/PARAMS). The parameters file is released with security set to PRIVATE, so nonprivileged users are generally not able to view or update the file.

WEBPCM documentation is contained in the WinHelp book Custom Connect Facility Administration and Programming Guide, which can be protected from viewing by nonprivileged users by not allowing them access to the installation files.
