MCP Cryptographic Services need to be installed in each Windows environment that will be used for cryptography. In entry level systems, this may be one environment, but in high-end and premium systems, it will be multiple environments (for redundancy and resiliency). Ensure that the same level of MCP Cryptographic Services is installed in all cryptography environments.
If you are installing MCP Cryptographic Services on one of the following system types, refer to the topic specific to your system type for more information:

For all other system types not listed above (including ClearPath MCP Software Series systems), do the following:
-
Copy the Unisys MCP Cryptographic Services x64.msi program from the MCP Cryptographic Services CD-ROM to your system.
-
Right-click the Unisys MCP Cryptographic Services x64.msi program that you copied on your hard drive and select Install.
This action installs the correct versions of MCP Cryptographic Services for your Windows environment.
For example, the Unisys MCP Cryptographic Services x64.msi program installs the 64-bit versions of MCP Cryptographic Services (NXCryptoProxy, SCAgent, and STManager (where applicable)) to the Windows environment.
