Ensure that Client Access Services has the SECURITYCENTER named pipe defined and that it can be run from the user's default family statement. By default, Client Access Services initiates *SYSTEM/SECURITYCENTER on the pack to which Client Access Services is installed, typically the halt/load pack. Ensure that users are listed in the Permissions tab.

Ensure that *SYSTEM/SECURITYCENTER on that pack is the correct version (the same version as SOCKETROUTER and USERCENTERSUPPORT). Ensure that the family statement of the usercode being used can run the program.
