Number and Unsigned Number

A number is used to represent a signed or unsigned fractional or whole value. A ~plus sign (+) or a minus sign (–) immediately followed by an unsigned number with no intervening space is always taken as a sign, and not as an operator.

An unsigned number represents an unsigned fractional or whole value.

Numbers and unsigned numbers are specified in the following manner:
