After you have made all the necessary modifications to the database schema, you can apply the changes to the database.
Perform the following steps to apply schema changes to a database:

Open the database for which you want to apply schema modifications.
Note: If any saved schema modifications exists for the database, you must load them by clicking Load Schema from an Action menu. -
Right-click the database node and click Apply Schema Modifications.
The schema modifications are uploaded to the server and applied to the database.
