Perform the following steps to save query results:

Right-click the results pane and click Save Result Set As.
The Save dialog box appears.

Navigate to the desired folder, and select a file format from the Files of type list.
Note: Selecting All Files saves the file as a .txt file. -
Type a name in the File name box and click Save.
The file is saved with the extension that corresponds to the format you chose (that is, .txt, .csv, or .tsv).
If the query results contain columns of type Blob or Clob, the Column INITBLOB dialog box is displayed enabling you to save the contents of each Blob or Clob.

Perform the following actions:

In the Directory box, type the name of the directory in which the files are to be saved or select Browse to locate the desired directory.

In the Extension box, type the file extension that is to be used for each file saved, and then click OK.
Each Blob or Clob from the current column is saved in the specified directory with the specified file extension. The body of the file name is lob<unique numeric identifier>.
Note: If you do not want to save any of the files for the column being displayed, click Skip.
