Setting the Row Limit

Query Design Center enables you to set the maximum number of rows returned for queries made in the current session.

Perform the following steps to set the row limit:

  1. On the Options menu, click Change Row Limit.

    The Set Row Limit dialog box appears.

  2. Type the desired value in the Number of Rows box, and click OK.

    The new limit takes effect.
