You can configure the macros and macro generators you want available on a partition. Adding a macro or macro generator makes it available for use. Use the list of available and unavailable macros and macro generators to prevent execution against inappropriate partitions.
To add or remove a macro or macro generator
Click either the Macro or Macro Generator tab panel.
The Macro tab panel is displayed by default.
Select a Dorado Series server from the Dorado System drop-down list.
The available partition definitions for your selected server are displayed in the Dorado Partition drop-down box.
Select the desired partition definition or add a new partition definition.
The list of currently available and unavailable macros or macro generators for the partition definition is displayed.
To add a macro or macro generator, select the desired macro or macro generator from the Unavailable list and click <<Add.
The macro or macro generator is moved to the Available list.
To remove a macro or macro generator, select the desired macro or macro generator from the Available list and click Remove>>.
The macro or macro generator is moved to the Unavailable list.
Alternatively, you can right-click the desired macro or macro generator and click Add or Remove. If you want to add or remove multiple items, use the shift key to select a group of contiguous items or the control key to select non contiguous items.
Any change you make in Macro Maintenance takes effect immediately.
Note: You must be a member of the SPO Administrators group on the Operations Server where the macro list resides to use Macro Maintenance.
