Introduction

Telnet connections facilitate logging in to the 2200 using the OS 2200 IDE Telnet plug-in. Connections are associated with host accounts. Each host account can have any number of connections.

Use one of the following options to create a connection:

• Manual: Use this method to create a connection for single use.

• Configured: Use this method to create a permanent connection.

Note: By default, the Manual option is selected.
