To create a new connection for single use
Click the
New Telnet Connection icon
( ).
The New Telnet Connection Settings dialog box appears.
Select the Manual configuration option.
Type the host name in the Host box.
Change the default values in the Port Number and Character Conversion if required.
Select the SSL Port check box if you want a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Telnet connection. Refer to SSL Telnet Connections for more information.
Click Finish.
