To export a project, do the following:
Click File > Export
Note: Alternatively, you can right-click OS 2200 view and click Export.
The Export dialog box opens.
To export an OS 2200 Project, expand General and choose File System and click Next.
The File System page appears with the list of projects in the workspace. You can select the projects to be exported.
Click Browse to choose the target location.
Click Finish.
Notes:
The selected projects are exported to the selected location.
If you do a complete selection of a project, then the complete project is copied along with the project folder to the target location.
If you do a partial selection of elements from the project, only the elements are copied to the target location.
If more than one project is selected with a combination of complete and partial export, then the project with complete export and the selected elements in the partial export are copied to the target location.
If more than one project is selected, only the metadata of the last project in the list is exported.
To import a project created in the previous version of Eclipse-2200 to the current version, do the following:
Click File > Import
Note: Alternatively, you can right-click OS 2200 view and click Import.
The Import dialog box opens. You can import OS 2200 and non-OS 2200 projects.
Notes:
An OS 2200 project is the set of files residing in the OS 2200 system.
A non-OS 2200 project is the set of files not residing in the OS 2200 system.
Expand General and select OS 2200 Import Project and click Next
From Select root directory, click Browse to select the location from where the project is to be imported.
Alternatively, you can type the location of the directory in the text box and press Tab.
This lists the projects available for import in the Projects: box.
Select the projects to be imported and click Finish.
Notes:
The selected projects will be copied to the current workspace.
All the elements in the selected project will be downloaded.
When you import an exported OS 2200 project, all the elements in that project will be imported even if partial selection was made during export.
