To create a new local file, do the following:
Click
File >
New Text File.
A file that is named Untitled
opens in the default text editor.
In the editor, type the information you want to include in the new local file.
To save the file, point to Save As on the File menu, and select one of the following options:
Save To Workspace to save the file to your workspace. Refer to Save to Work Space for more information.
Save To Configured server to save the file to a configured OS 2200 server. Refer to Save to Configured Server for more information.
Save to Local disk to save the file to your local disk. Refer to Save to Local Disk for more information.
Note: You can also save the file to your workspace by clicking File > Save.
