Using the TIP/HVTIP Resource Adapter

To use the TIP/HVTIP resource adapter in a Java project, do the following:

1. Add TIP connector annotations

2. Provide data to the TIP annotations

3. Use the generated TIP connector classes

Prerequisite

To use TIP/HVTIP connectors, you must have Communications Interface for Transaction Applications (CITA) installed, configured, and running on the target OS 2200. For more information, see Communications Interface for Transaction Applications Configuration and Operations Guide.
