Fill in the following values and click Next.
Database name. Name of the DMS database to connect to.
Invoke Key. The DMS invoke key to be used for the connection. Type a value or leave blank.
Impart Key. The DMS impart key to be used for the connection. Type a value or leave blank.
Fetch with Lock. The mode of the fetch with lock behavior to use when connecting. Select one of the following values in the list:
Disabled. Fetch with lock is disabled.
Static. Fetch with lock is static.
Dynamic. Fetch with lock is dynamic.
Queuing Enabled. Whether queuing is enabled for the connection. Select or clear the check box.
