Selecting a vendor

COBOL development tool supports different vendors.

To select a Vendor

1. Select a project in the Navigator View.
2. Select [Window] > [Preferences] from the menu. The [Preferences] page appears.

1. Select [COBOL] from the left pane. The right pane consists of a list of vendors from which the user can select the vendor.
2. Click on [OK].

On selecting the vendor, COBOL development tool will allow the user to use vendor specific features for the projects. The project creation, build and debug environment is changed accordingly. The COBOL development tool allows the user to build, debug project using the vendor specific compiler and debugger respectively.
