After your App is uploaded, log into iTunes Connect in order to finalize your submission to Apple.

Upload all the required artefacts (for example, icons, etc..), click on Submit or Review and follow the prompts.

Apple will review your submission and notify you on their decision to approve or reject the App.

If your App gets rejected, fix the issues that have been identified by Apple and then submit it again.
