Gathering ePortal Diagnostics Information

To collect the ePortal diagnostics information:

  1. On the ePortal management computer desktop, start the ePortal Management website by performing:

    • For ePortal Enterprise system, double-click the ePortal Management icon from the appropriate EP Enterprise x folder.

    • For ePortal Business system, double-click the ePortal Management icon from the appropriate EP Business x folder.

      where x is a value from 1 to 4.

      In the log-on dialog box, fill in the required credentials, and then click OK.

    The ePortal Management website starts.

  2. Start the ePortal Management website:

    1. From the ePortal management computer desktop, double-click the ePortal Management icon from the appropriate EP Enterprise x folder, where x is a value from 1 to 4.

    2. In the log-on dialog box, fill in the required credentials, and then click OK.

      The ePortal Management website starts.

  3. On the Main Menu, click Manage, and then select Manager Partition.

    The Manage Manager Partition page appears.

  4. On the Manage Manager Partition page, click the DIAGNOSTICS FILES tab, and then click Gather Diagnostics.

    The ePortal Management website gathers diagnostics from the various components of ePortal system and creates a compressed zip file.

    When the gather diagnostics operation completes, the zip file appears under DIAGNOSTICS FILES.

  5. To download the zip file that you generated, select the file, and click the Download Diagnostics File () icon to download it on to your local system.
