If both subfiles of an Operations Sentinel port on the MCP host are in use when a third Operations Sentinel server tries to connect, the following messages may appear on the console:

* NW 09:15 RESET SENT DUE TO SYN RECEIVED FOR UNKNOWN PORT
* NW 09:15 REMOTE IP ADDRESS = <remote-address>, REMOTE PORT = <remote-port>
* NW 09:15 LOCAL IP ADDRESS = <host address>, LOCAL PORT = 10301

From the remote IP address you can identify the Operations Sentinel server. You can then turn off monitoring of this host from the remote Operations Sentinel server.

These messages are symptoms of a configuration error. Check that the Operations Sentinel server is using the correct port (10301 and 10302 if it is a test Operations Sentinel server).
