You can scan through the message patterns for changes in the currently open .bld file. The change in the message pattern appears in bold format.
To scan for message changes
Load a .bld file.
Click Scan for Message changes on the toolbar. Alternatively, you can click the Scan for Message changes option on the Tools menu.
The Scan Table window appears. This window displays the affected message patterns in the Affected Patterns in current file pane and proposed message patterns in the Proposed New pattern pane.
Select the message pattern in the Affected Patterns in current file pane and make the proposed change to the file in the editor pane.
Close the Scan Table window, and then click Save on the File menu.
