Use the Report Problem Utility supplied with Operations Sentinel to capture information needed to report problems that may occur when you use Operations Sentinel. The Report Problem Utility provides error and trace files, collected from both the Operations Sentinel server and the workstation from which you initiate Report Problem.
To report software problems to Unisys Corporation, perform the following steps:
Note: Ensure the problem currently appears on the screen.
Click Start, Programs, Operations Sentinel x.y.z, Administrative Tools, and then click Report Problem.
The Report Problem dialog box appears. See Figure B-1.
Click the appropriate information in the Report Problem window. Click Help for additional information. Unless instructed otherwise by Unisys support representative, select Full as the Report Template to ensure that data pertinent to the problem is not omitted from the problem report.
Click Start to initiate creation of the problem report. When the report is finished, a dialog box appears giving the location of the report.
Note: In Operations Sentinel Console, you can also initiate the Report Problem Utility by clicking on the Tools menu, and then the Report Problem option
