Submitting a User Communication Form

You might want to write a User Communication Form (UCF) or call the Unisys Support Center when you suspect a problem and if none of the information in this section seems appropriate. Ensure to save the relevant files. The best way to do this is by using the Operations Sentinel Report Problem Utility to save problem information to a file, as described in “Reporting Problems.” Send a copy of the file along with the UCF.

When reporting a problem to the Unisys Support Center, describe what is happening as best you can. Include any pertinent information, such as your Operations Sentinel level and edition, managed system hardware and software levels, any unusual circumstances before encountering the problem, and any actions taken to resolve the problem.
