Use this utility when an installation or uninstallation of Operations Sentinel has failed or become corrupted and using Programs and Features does not work. You access the utility from the Operations Sentinel Administrative Tools submenu. You cannot run this utility while any level of Operations Sentinel server is running. Also, you cannot uninstall the level of Operations Sentinel from which you launch this utility.
The utility displays a list of installed Operations Sentinel products that you can uninstall and clean up. See Figure B–2. Installation Clean Up Utility The list omits the level of Operations Sentinel that this utility is started from. Click the Help button available in the Operations Sentinel Clean Up Utility window.
